Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 48 hrs. to process your order. Expect an email within 48hrs. to let you know your order is on the way! 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING & HANDLING fees apply to orders shipping throughout the U.S.

Optional: We do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time.  

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates:  Shipping charges for  your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Note: Your order may be subject to state taxes, which are incurred once an order's state shipping delivery location is designated. Bridging The Gap Life Coaching and Transformation Academy, LLC:  Transformation Home Fragrance and Wellness Collection is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.  REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES  We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at:@bridgingthegaptotransform.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
